Prior to resetting the heater, turn off power to the spa and remove filter(s). Reset the heater by pressing down on the red button under the tape. A screw driver can be used to assist pressing the button down. Restore power and monitor temperature. 110 volt models will heat at approximately 2 ½o per hour. 220 volt models will heat at approximately 5o per hour. If spa reaches desired temperature, filter(s) should be chemically cleaned or replaced. If temperature does not increase, a service call is needed.
The tape covering the reset button might need to be removed. After resetting, replace tape in order to prevent water from entering the recess.

Prior to resetting the heater, remove the filter(s). This heater is called the “PDR” heater. “PDR” stands for power down reset and is simply reset by interrupting power for 30 seconds. Restore power and monitor temperature. 110 volt models will heat at approximately 2 ½o per hour. 220 volt models will heat at approximately 5o per hour. If spa reaches desired temperature, filter(s) should be chemically cleaned or replaced. If temperature does not increase, a service call is needed.
